1. Eligibility:

• To be eligible to enter the "Fortify Your Love" Raffle (the "Raffle"), you must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older  

2. How to Enter:

• To enter the Raffle, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Follow Relationship Fortification on Instagram.

  2. Complete two Relationship Fortification sessions with your partner using the framework on the Relationship Fortification website.

  3. Provide feedback on the Relationship Fortification website.

3. Raffle Period:

• The Raffle begins on January 15, 2025 and ends on March 31, 2025.

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a $200 gift card to a restaurant of their choice.

• All participants will receive 20% off the Relationship Fortification Manual when it releases, approximately Summer 2025

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 31, 2025.

• The winner will be notified by email on or about March 31, 2025.

• If the winner cannot be contacted after a reasonable number of attempts, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions:

• By entering the Raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Relationship Fortification, which are final and binding in all respects.

• Relationship Fortification reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle, in whole or in part, without notice, should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Relationship Fortification’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Raffle. In such case, Relationship Fortification may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the action or may cancel the Raffle and award the prize in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Relationship Fortification.

• Relationship Fortification is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries.

• By entering the Raffle, entrants grant Relationship Fortification permission to use their name, likeness, and all feedback provided in the relationshipfortification.com website form for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless entrants click the checkbox on the form that says "Please do not share my feedback at all, even if it is anonymized"

• The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other fees or costs associated with the prize.

• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or other substitutions will be allowed, except at Relationship Fortification’s sole discretion.

7. Governing Law:

• This Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
